  • In creating the Penthouse’s more than 2,400 square feet, we sought to maximize the volume of the apartment by replacing the original dropped ceiling with one that slopes along the roof line giving the living floor ceiling heights ranging from 10 to 17 feet. Standing in the living room, you’re hard-pressed to believe that it isn’t a 20-footer. Multiple skylights bathe the 55-foot main living area all the way from the 48” Sub-Zero, Wolf Range and cherry Pedini kitchen cabinets to the wood-burning fireplace and oversized windows. Built-in speakers controlled by the Klipsch Zon whole-house audio system run throughout the home, including the Bisazza mosaic maser bathroom and the 1,100 square foot roof deck. Five inch white oak floors, a newly installed 50-SF custom walk-in closet by California Closets and guest shower encased in French riverstone finish off this 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath plus den home.

Each home has its own central heat and A/C as well as top-rated large capacity washer and gas dryer with separate gas and electric metering.
